The parents were uniformly of the opinion 'what a fantastic idea' and very, very appreciative of the opportunity to enjoy the wedding without having the kids all the time.
Prior to the booking the room will be risk-assessed for anything we consider hazardous; for example electric cabling, sharp or protruding objects and lack of window locks. This visit also gives us an opportunity to assess whether extra safety features will be required on the day.
All staff attending on the day will be briefed on the location of fire exits and meeting points. They will also be familiarised with the venue’s emergency procedures.
