Thank you very much for making our wedding day go so much smoother. Your professionalism is second to none. The children had a fantastic time and so did their parents thanks to all of you.
Prior to the booking the room will be risk-assessed for anything we consider hazardous; for example electric cabling, sharp or protruding objects and lack of window locks. This visit also gives us an opportunity to assess whether extra safety features will be required on the day.
All staff attending on the day will be briefed on the location of fire exits and meeting points. They will also be familiarised with the venue’s emergency procedures.
